- This is a modern reinterpretation of “Daeran Chima,” inspired by its voluminous silhouette and double-tiered Seulandan (hem band).

- This two-tiered Hanbok skirt features gold foil detailing, with Goreum string worn long from the Malgi, which has coral gemstone attached at the end.

- Originating from the Taoist desire for eternal life without aging or death, we call symbols drawn from nature “Ten Symbols of Longevity” (Sip-Jang-Saeng). These include the sun, clouds, water, rocks, pine trees, bamboo, Bullocho, turtles, cranes, and deer. As of Ten Symbols of Longevity, Bullocho is associated with the legend of the jade rabbit in the moon, who is said to pound the elixir of immortality under a fragrant osmanthus tree for the gods of the heavens. Representing purity, permanence, and an unchanging presence amid the shifts of nature, we reinterpreted Bullocho through the unique lens of OUWR.

-  It is an artwear piece for the “2024 Hanbok Wave” project, hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the KCDF (Korea Craft & Design Foundation).
